Gprs Connected but no reply

I have MTN ( areeba ) Sim Card With nokia 3230 , when i try to open a website it ask me about the access point that iwant to use then it connect to the access point but no reply and when i open the connection manager there is a sent packed but to recieved packet and when i try many times i success to open a website but after many retries ( disconnect and connect again )

i want some one to help me with this , is there any steps or setting i can use
also i can do this with any network using my MTN (areeba)
