ATT/Cingular and the infamous buzzing

I am an ATT/Cingular customer,

I dont know what the deal is but for some reason they are the only carrier I cant seem to have the phone by a speaker in store, at work, or at home it buzzes the hell out of a speaker, whether its a stereo speaker, car stereo speaker, or even a tv speaker. On my sony ericcson w810i when im recording a video it buzzes the camera and makes the buzzing noise on the video. My Blackjack dont seem to have the buzzing itself problem but it still buzzes my speakers..I can usually indicate when a phone call is coming in I just wait for the buzzing on the speakers when my phone is charging.

Any idea on why this happens? I am sure its the network I have talked to ATT/Cingular about it and even the reps know about it. Its funny I can talk to a customer and when the line buzzes I ask the customer are you on a ATT/Cingular cell phone they say yes how did you know im like do you hear the buzzing on your handset, they say yea. So seems some customers are not aware that buzzing is normal.
