Reliance: Convert Postpaid to PrePaid?

Hello,

I have a reliance postpaid mobile that i want to switch to prepaid.
I have some pending bills which are pending and i dont want to pay them since they are unreasonable and thier billing error and carelessness. Reliance is not co-operating on me and my phone is deactivted. But now the problem is that my phone is deactived and they will still keep on sending me more huge and unreasonable bills.

I want to know that how can i convert my phone to prepaid? I dont want to pay their bills
