problem with BSNL GPRS Prepaid

Hi,
I have a prepaid BSNL connection in Hyderabad. My phone is Nokia 6630. I am unable to use GPRS facility which BSNL provides if one has a minimum balance of Rs 500 which I have. I got the network settings on my phone to set up access points, which I recieved from BSNL by sms. I also sent ACTGPRS sms required to activate my account. But every time I try to connect, I get the message
"Packet Data:
Packet Data not available. Check Network services.
"

Has anyone faced similar problems ?

if u r having nokia 6630 y u r using BSNL gprs try 2 changover to HUTCh it is best for internet it works like Flower!!

hey man bsnl is not giving gprs for prepaid
