Can't get N95 working as aremote cotroller to my PC

hi
i have been spending sometimes to set up my Nokia N95 phone to work as a remote controller to my Desktop PC using (Bluetooth.Remote.Control.v2.0) but unfortunately so far so bad.
my questions are:

1- is it possible to use N95 remotely to connect to any PC or does it have to have special features such as built in bluetooth or infrared..etc.?

2- if possible which COM port should i choose for the bluetooth connection between the two?

note: i have installed the software ( Bluetooth.Remote.Control.v2.0) sucsessfully on both the N95 mobile and the Desktop PC.
i will be greatefull to any one who could possibly answer my questions as soon as possible.
