Nokia 6233 Battery Charging Problem

When i connect the charger with mobile it starts charging and battery indicator shows that my mobile is charging but after 1 or 3 hours when i stop the charging my Nokia 6233 battery indicator shows that the mobile battery is not charged.
A friend told me that its mobile I.C (integrated chipset) problem and its very common in nokia 6233 and will not be solved, i am much worried about it, I have also charge the mobile with other nokia mobile chargers but the problem is still there.
Plz tell me how to solve this problem ? I will be very very thankfull.
