Unable to Determine Moblie OS and features

Recently my friend gifted me a Pollex phone (chinese Phone)..But i am unable to use the phone properly..i have lots of query regarding the phone.how much i know abs the phone ie..
1. its has 2 way cam (front and /back 2.0 MP)
2. Touchscreen
3. Windows like OS (but not sure about the Os)
4. it has solar charger batary
5. Micro SD memory slot
6. 1MB Phone memory
7. 7.1 stereo sound
One thing i found that it might be Pollex mobile phone,,,whenever i connect the phone via USB it shows that MT 6227 connected.
Please help me to find out full feature of the phone ..i know that you can help me out. Thankx in advance
