How can I format my Nokia E-65-strange problem

Hi everyone,
My Nokia E-65 is doing some problem. Installed applications are not running till I remove any application using app manager and then applications can run. I want to format my cell ..can anyone guide how can I.?

try *hash7370hash...when it asks for code press12345 and ur phone will b formatted and it will restart with factory settings
