Sony ericsson Flash and tespoint

Hello, I have been using Motorola and Nokia and wantedd to know more about sony ericsson. Is there any Flash software (free) something like flash&backup, rsd lite etc in motorola for sony. Some tools through which we can flash our phone using the DCU 60 cable. Is there anything like monster pack?

I also wanted to know what does Test point means. i think thats something very important because i see lots of pics about test point but no clear definition.
