W550i reset

I have a sony ericsson w550i which is showing strange problems like ... cannot receive any item from bluetooth. Phone running Slow etc... i scanned with AVG antivirus and it found one virus.
I have done the full master reset but the problem is not fixed. any way to fully format the phone so that its like new again.
