P990i File Transfer speed slow

hi to u all,

For those who have sony ericsson P990i when u use your phone as a pen drive, i.e only FILE TRANSFER mode not phone mode. Do you people get high speed data transfer rate on a USB 2.0 port???

I dont get high speed on mine!!!

What can cause this problem please!

I get pretty good speeds. But I have a USB 2.0 port, thats not a HUB. If you use a hub I heard it slows down a lot. Try using it on a dedicated USB port.

i conect the cable at the back of my mobo.

My motherboard provide me with 4 usb 2.0 port!! motherboard is Abit AS8-V.

I dont use USB hubs.

well do u think its the operating system that makes this,

i use Windows 2000 SP4 profesional @ home!!!!!!!
