Re: Reformat problem hey dude, try to remove first your memory card on your cellphone then try again type *#7370#. then put back your memory card and try to reformat. it might be infected by virus. i did the same to my 3650 when i got the same problem as you.

Re: Reformat problem first you have to turn off your phoneand then turn it on again but you have to press hold the following keys: * call key(the green one) 3 wait until your phone ask you if you want to reformat it, and that's all I did it several times! It works... this is called Hard Reformat but I think its still soft...  Jenny
