Phone Memory Problem with N70

 I am using N70 from past 1 year. i have installed few applications and theams in phone but on Memory Card. Previously my Free phone memory was around 17 mb. But now its showing around 9mb  . I alwas install apps/games/theams on Memory Card.Plz tell me what can be the problem.  how to free that memory.? Thanks in Advance. Re: Phone Memory Problem with N70 Hai manishcheulkar,Although it may be virus, it may also due to the installation (.SIS) files getting accumulated on C:\Nokia\Installs location in your phone memory or E:\Nokia\Installs in your memory card during installation of mobile softwares. For going to the location, download and install any file browsing softwares like SeleQ, etc. Then locate the file under the above given location and delete it. WARNING !!! : Since you can browse to system files area using all file browsing softwares, take extra caution before deleting the files as deleting system files may corrupt your phone. Re: Phone Memory Problem with N70 I dont know whats the problem. no files in the C:\Nokia\Installs and my phone memory is still 8 mb free. i havent installed any app in phone mem, what can be problem. but my messages ae on phone memory. but i have store only text messages. and i think they wont take much memory

Re: Phone Memory Problem with N70 Take the backup of phone memory on computer and than format it, than check how much memory it show’s. Formatting the N70 will remove all the sms, phone numbers, software’s, themes, games from the phone memory which you have installed after purchase and it will reset to original phone settings. If you have backup of software’s that you have installed than you can install them back. I have formatted N70, I lost all the software’s from cell, but than I downloaded form nokia site and again installed it back.

Re: Phone Memory Problem with N70 Get yourself a mem card reader, it'll make cleaning up files and directories a lot simpler and smoother. Plus you can backup all the file you need.
