wma plus new version says "the application may not compatible with your phone"

what should I do? I still install the file despite of the message "it may not be compatible to your device". my phone is 3230. when i press continue to install, the wma plus dont appear on my phone menu and in the file system " application folder" . Pls. share your knowledge. thanks.
