Problem while viewing avi files.

Hi all, please forgive me if i have posted in the wrong area, please do. Recently, i am having a problem viewing my avi files. I have tried Smart Movie, Crystal, and DVD Player. Smart Movie crashes while i watch an avi file, its says " AppClosed Smart movie" or something, Crystal crashes without any message. While using DVD Player, it sometimes lags, like theres a problem while viewing a video. I have tried re-installing the players, and also reformatted my phone. But this problem still persist. It didnt't happen untill last week. By the way, im rollin' on Nokia 3230. Please help me. Thanks

uninstall completely all the avi players from ur phone. now install Smartmovie 3.00 s60 (or watever is latest), also install the avi codec for s60. now try to play avi clips. it should work fine.
hope this helps.
it makes no sense to install so many players for a particular file format. choose a player which works best on ur cell and u like the most.
