Re: how to install smart movies on ngage QD hello i think i can help ubecause i had nokia ngage qd i found lot of problems like this the solution of this problem is to format the software of the set simple use code *7370# to format the set after format install the software and ur problem is solved but beware when u format the set ur all data is lost like ur softwares,tones,clips etc. first u will have to backup them hope i help u
