In my collage project I’m building a web page ranking application for JAR/JAD supporting phone.
I have little or say no knowledge in this domain.
Can someone please tell me what technologies and toll will I be requiring.
Here is how the application will work:
When a web page is accessed from phone's inbuilt browser, the application will check its IP-address of the URL form www.whois.net and rank the page according to the no. of times it is accessed.
