So i can tray to update my phone /nokia 6233/ firmware to v.05.60 but i can't and my phone dead and now i need help

So i can tray to update my phone /nokia 6233/ firmware to v.05.60 but i can't and my phone dead and now i need help Re: update firmware i had same problem , i cant recover phone at all.luckily phone was under warranty Nokia care help me Not sure what they did or what software used for resetting my phone
