The Expierd certificate Issue. Please Help

Hey everyone, i just got my N95 nokia phone..
and if im late in news please guide me to where i need to go for this issue..
while downloading files off the internet. and wanting to install to my phone.. a wwindow pops up and says that the certificate has expired..
so my question is.. what is that, and how can i go back to installing software without this coming up.
