eat in the morning and for launch, but not in the evening, and eat food without fat. And best thing is to workout, specialy runing because it is the best and fastest way.

eat morning and lunch meals moderately and light supper, go high fiber and low fat diets... dont forget to exercise

try to drink tea... if no time for exercise you can try food supplements or fat burners...

joke.. just eat a balenced diet and cut down fats and sugars. less red meat, processed meat, ect

Eat 6-8 SMALL and healthy meals each day. This keeps your metabolism active so you lost more weight.

Excersing is vital. Cardio will burn more calories but weight training will build muscles and muscles will burn more calories when your not excerising.

My advice, drink a lot of water, at least 2 liter a day...
And cut out the candys!
