S60 development under OS X/Linux

Can anyone point me a way to do S60 development on non-Windows machines? My main problem is signing the applications, since symbiansigned.com only offers Windows tools. I can run them under Wine, but that's far from effective (and my Mac is PowerPC-based, so I can't run Windows stuff on it). Ideas?
