some people are saying you must post 10 times of non spam. others say its a problem when dling rar files. no one really knows

y...I'm new in forum, I'm from croatia...I'm going to send some post...and my acount going to download...I hAVE A NICE SYMBIAN phone nokia n70....mybe I can download software after some posts...
