Why !!!!???

Hi I am no frequent user
I didn't do any upload till now
And I have posted only regarding NetQin antivirus program

but i could download and use everything but now i get this message

"Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to download an attachment, the file may have been removed because of copyright violations.
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

why is that ???

I think that only some file types are doing this problem (Like Rar files for example).
I think that it is something to do with forum configuration.

It is either this or that you need to post 10 none spam posts before you can download (this is what I found when searching the forum).

that's interesting. it could be something with cookies?.... they always get in the way... i mess with my firewall ALL the time to fix that stuff.

You can not download since the admins prevents the download of illegal stuff.

I saw an announcment about it. The 10 posts thingy is a myth!
