Anyone know if the sellers here are scamming?

For example, a person starting a thread saying "N93 for $250." It sounds too good to be true. I got a used N80 for $325 and it only came with a charger but I didn't know better.. I guess I was ripped off. Anyways, so are those sellers saying the truth? If the N93 was really $250 I would definitely jump on that deal.
