Automatic camping failure

Hi,

I am facing a problem.

Whenever I am using a national roaming activated SIM in other city
(other than HPLMN). It registered to visiting PLMN for a second and
than display "No Network". After manual network selection it camps
to the visiting PLMN. Automatic camping is expected behavior. If I use
another handset, the SIM is automatically camp to visiting PLMN.

I hope someone is having the answer of my problem.
