1. Complain to your carrier -- cell phone spam is illegal.
2. Switch your phone number.

Hi Kumar,

I am not agreeing with John (Sorry john). Because complain to carrier
or switching the number is not feasible solution to a mobile phone
user.
Perhaps you will find a solution to this problem very soon. Even you
can avoid the unwanted incoming calls too. Just wait for some time.

It can already be done with the right phones! I can do this with my
Nokia 6680 (Symbian S60) with third party software. It can reject
selected voice calls and text messages.

I'm sure similar software would be available for Windows mobile based
phones also.
