Introduction to ZTE WCDMA system

Implements interoperability test with different operators. In July
2002, the ZTE cooperated with Nortel Networks realized WCDMA calling
test successfully, which is the first successful test between different
manufacturers in China. The system including ZTE WCDMA system kernel
network equipment and the WCDMA radio access network equipment from
Nortel Network, it is the first point-to-point WCDMA system solution
between different systems in China. The IOT subsystems provided by both
parties obey the 3GPP R99 standard released at Jun 2001, and they
realized service calling and service demonstration for both circuit
service and packet service successfully. more
