Problems with Motorola HS810 BlueTooth Headset

the razr broke and was under warranty so it was replaced by Moto. I
just got the replacement and am trying to pair the HS810 headset with
my replacement Razr. For some reason, I can't get the headset to get
into "pairing mode". I have tried everything, read the manual and am
still stuck. Same happened on my wife's headset, so it seems the
"pairing" function could be a one time event.
So, I guess I need to get the headset back to factory default state or
at least do a re-set. Can anyone send me info on that or other ideas?
