Which Outgoing Cell Phone Texting is Better?

Globe SIM card. My RP friends can text me for 1 peso per message, which
is great. My question is: when I reply, should I reply using the same
Globe SIM phone, or should I reply using my Cingular US domestic cell
phone? And if use the roaming Globe SIM phone, how do I reload it since
I'm in the US and cannot send someone physically to visit a local
Philippine Globe retail store? Also, for local US texting, which cell
phone is better in terms of cost per message?
