We can suggest to have a look at Oxygen Phone Manager II (
http://www.opm-2.com/opm2/ ). Using our software, you can store your
Phonebook, Calendar and To-Do list locally on your PC in Oxygen internal
database. Furthermore, you can export you To-Do list and calendar to
plain-text (formatted or with fixed columns), RTF, CSV, HTML, XML, SYLK,
Data Interchange format (DIF) or DBF format. In phonebook section you can
additionally perform bi-direction database synchronization (import and
export) with CSV, Windows Address Book and vCard formats.

We support Infrared, Bluetooth, POP-port-to-USB F-Bus connection (thirdparty
cables based on ProLific PL-2303 chipset) and technological F-Bus connection

yet, but we are working under its implementation.
