It then sends maximally M + 1 CHANNEL REQUEST messages on the RACH in a
way such that:
- the number of slots belonging to the mobile station's RACH
between ...
- the number of slots belonging to the mobile station's RACH
between ...
It refers to time slot? or the TDMA frames? As we know from other
specifications, the CHANNEL REQUEST messages are tranmitted up in
successive frames. They are tranmsmitted on the same physical channel.
