Panasonic X700 Problems

I've been having intermittant problems with the phone sometimes not turning
on after having it off over night. I'd just remove the battery for a minute,
and then it would turn back on. Now its not turning on at all. The phone
seems completly dead. The battery is fully charged (and putting out correct
voltage), and I can't figure out what else it could be. This is a Panasonic
X700 Symbian series 60 phone. I WILL PAYPAL $10 TO ANYONE THAT WILL GET MY
PHONE WORKING AGAIN!
