Bluetooth from SIM Toolkit application

Hi,

I am interested in accessing the phone's bluetooth from an STK (SIM
Toolkit) application. From what I've seen in the 3GPP specs, it would
be by using "Local bearer".

I am not sure if this functionality is only available for 3G or
whether it exists in GSM as well, does anyone know?

Also, does anyone know of any phones that supports this functionality?
