Anyone use this unlocker in CA?

Has anyone here used

to unlock their phones?

I considered using one of the so-called on line unlock services, but you
have to buy a cable, it has to be the RIGHT cable, and you use software of
dubious origin. Altogether, it would cost me more to unlock my phone doing
it myself then to send it off to someone else. Also, if I do it, and if
something went wrong, I would be the one responsible.

On the ATTWS/Cingular forum site, there are a couple of people there who
used this fellow and said he was OK, however one said he had a BBB complaint
on him for unknown reasons.

The deal looks clean to me, you can pay by credit card after the phone is
unlocked or paypal or whatever, they don't require you send the ATT sim
card, they check the phone out using another SIM after they unlock, and they
return the phone via UPS for which you can get package tracking.

But.

I thought I would ask to see if anyone here has used or heard about him and
if they had any issues
