Nokia 6820 Receive Email with Pictures

I would like to know how my Nokia 6820 phone can receive pictures from a PC
email. As a test a forward a pic that my cell phone had and sent to my PC
email address. I get the email but there is no pic and it says that there
is an attachment but unreadable (sic). I have ATTWS in NYC. Any thoughts
on this would be appreciated. ALSO anyone have a copy of Oxygen Phone
Manager 2 ? Is it worth the investment? Reviews?
