customising Siemens m55

hi just looking for tips or advice on on customising my new phone.

I used to have a Nokia 3390 so this phone is a world of difference to me.
so many options that I don't know what to do.

I grabbed a data cable and flashed the software to version 10, what about
the other stuff. ringtones? logos? java games?

for the ringtones Can i just convert an mp3 file to wav and take a segment
of the wav file and throw it on the phone?

any good sites for free logos midi/wav/ringtones??
how about java games?
