.forward and SMS and hotmail question

I found out that I can receive free SMS alerts when I get a message in
my hotmail account. Now what I want to do is forward my local UNIX
messages (only the subject and not the body or attachments) to my
hotmail account by using the .forward command. Because I often
receive attachments I do not want to fill my hotmail account.
Does anyone know of a way to do such? or any other solution for
sending free SMS (subject only) to my movile?
