TZones problems in NY Metro area?

T-Zones on my Nokia 3650 phone. After being told many times that there may be
an outage in my area (Long Island), I finally spoke to someone s couple of
weeks ago that told me that the Data Dept.was aware of T-Zone trouble and that
they weren't for sure when it would be fixed. A $5 credit on my phone bill and
I was bid 'good-day.'
I was 'Grandfathered' in and only pay the $2.99 for the 300 msg and unlimited
T-Zones/month, but I still feel that somehow their cavilier attitude towards
the T-Zones trouble is lacking. Anyone else having trouble accessing their
T-Zones?
