Nokia 3100 "fun camera" --> transfer pictures to PC ?

Recently i saw an offer for the Nokia 3100 + the "fun camera".
I was wondering what exactly i can do with this camera:
Can i take pictures with it and transfer them to my PC like a normal digital
camera, or can i only transfer the pictures to the cell phone?
If i can only transfer the pictures to the cell phone and not to my PC ,
then i 'm not really interested in the camera ...
Or do you have to buy an additional cable or whatever to be able to upload
the pictures to your PC ? If so, how much would that cost?
