problem with motorola T720i

I`ve got one yesterday, and first suprise was that I cannot see
analog clock on idle screen, I saw a lot of pictures on net and on
everyone is this clock, on mine there is only digital clock with date
and operators name - but I can`t find any of settings to change it to
analog.
It gets worse, when I try to load java game (moto-gp), phone goes
off or something - display is not off but full of black pixels, after
few seconds it turns on and goes to main screen.
Do I need to upload new flex or even firmware, or there is an option
in phone to enable java stuff /clock ?
The phone is unlocked (O2) and I dont know if it is damaged or with flex
which
is not enabling those options or bed firmware ?
