Rogers AT&T Motorola T720 power-up screen

I Have a question I hope someone could help me out with. When I turn on my
T720 I get this STUPID chick showing me the T720 along with a dumb sound,
How can I get RID of this. I would like a simple On and OFF without the BS.

Will unlocking the unit work, if I stay with Rogers???
