Rugged GSM phones, Ericcson Pro250

A colleague of mine has an Ericsson Pro250 or whatever it is called, and
really loves it. After many years of intensive use it's starting to fall
apart, and needs replacing. Of course Ericsson doesn't seem to manufacture
that model anymore, or any other rugged mobile phones.
What phones would you suggest to replace his?
