Feedback & Advice On GSM Company

Hi,

I'm looking for advice or feedback on these 2 companies and what they
have to offer. Or anyone now of a better place to buy a GSM phone in
the USA? Looking for some solid advice or warnings from people who have
been burned in the past by hidden charges, crummy equipment, rip offs
(any company in the GSM market) "locked phones"

Has anyone had any dealings with either company? The phone looks to be
$49.00 to own and the SIM chip about $40.00 without any other charges
(besides the minutes you use)
