Moto P280 firmware

Hey all,

I need either PAN4_G_01.06.14R or .20R firmware for the Motorola P280.

Can anyone give me a pointer to where I can find either?

I am aware of the Howard Forum ftp bank, but its .14R file is
apparently corrupt. I'm also aware of the GSMfactory.com .20R file,
but I can't even register in order to pay the $15 30 day fee.
