T-Mobile is a nightmare

Does anyone have a corporate phone number for T-Mobile in the United
States? Please don't tell me to call customer service. I have called
numerous times and I have had 4 replacement handsets. I am in total
belief that nobody at T-Mobile's customer cares.

If you have a number for the corporate office, I would appreciate it.
If not, I am forced to once again call T-Mobile Customer Service, stay
on the phone for 30 minutes and accomplish nothing.

I should have stuck with Verizon. I have never had so many problems
with a phone company in my life. Just a tip, before going to T-Mobile,
read the post, listen to the problems people have and then don’t go with
T-Mobile.

I have been generally quite happy with T-Mobile, and have been with
them for more than a year. A friend of mine started with them a few
months ago and has also been happy.

I do get the impression that it's hard to get through to somebody who
actually has the authority to bend rules or make exceptions, and that
can be a problem if you're having issues. However, that has not been
an issue with me; a billing system mistake that resulted in a 154 page
itemized bill with 5,400 MMS messages listed was cleared up relatively
quickly.

I fully accept that T-Mobile may be screwing with you in unpleasant
ways. I believe that all companies do this to some of their customers.
But that doesn't mean that everybody has problems, and most happy
customers keep quiet.
