To some degree, small phones hurt reception quality. These are fairly
mutually exclusive.
I still think the Motorola P280 is one of the best triband phones, and
prices are coming down on it. But it's not particularly small, although not
huge. It has a reputation as being one of the best phones for reception
quality.
