what phone here is the best ?

hi all there not all gsm phones however out of this list which would you

i currentlly ahve the motorola c333 and i cant hear it ring or a thing
onlything rogers is willing to do for me is sell me a replacement phone for
$50

i'm in canada had my phone 2 months, they told me it was 60 days or 30 min
b4 i can return it then i find out after that it's actually 30 days , i
recived conflicting information , purchased it online from Rogers . i called
them and i wanted to send back my c333 and get the Motorola T720 but they
wouldn't let me upgrade , i'm happy with my plan and all just this phone
sucks , i took it to a service center and tried 4 other c333's and they were
all verry hard to hear on as well aws the ringer is quiet to , so i'm left
with chooseing a phone from list above ...
