How to change advertized serial port service name on Microsofts stack

Does anyone know how to change the name of an advertized bluetooth Serial
Port Service using Microsoft's stack?

There's a column for the "Name" in the service properties page but there's
no data and no mention of how to change the name.
Widcomm's stack let's you do this.. but I need to support both..
