Dial via cell phone, connect via computer

Connect to some specialized computer software, dial on the cell phone,
open the connection using the computer and the basically only use the
cell as microphone and speaker... I am not so much concerned with as
whether the computer-side software already exists but rather, wether a
cell phone will be send the dial info to remote bluetooth device.
