Recommend a Good Bluetooth Adapter?

and it sucks. It rudely hooks into my PC by putting "Send To Bluetooth" in all my
Windows program menus, including Office apps, causing occasional crashes on an otherwise
solid computer.
Long story short, I'd like a Bluetooth USB dongle that is not intrusive, something where
my PC only has a share folder and that's it - no added menu items all over my installed
programs.
I'd prefer something where I can completely shut down the Bluetooth process when I'm not
using it.
